I've been thinking about redesigning my site for awhile now - the current design is *very* pink and I think it might scare some people off. When I designed it I didn't even think i would be blogging about web design! I also thought of it as a rare opportunity to design something in a vibrant, feminine colour. I think my next rendition will tone it down a lot, if I ever get around to working on it! I really like your swirly background and the way it ties in with other elements on the site.
